1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Dress tailoring takes 2–4 business days, followed by delivery via DHL or FedEx, which usually takes 10–12 business days depending on your location.

3. Should I wash my baby’s outfit before the event?
We do not recommend washing the outfit before your event day.
Water, detergents, and heat can affect the shape, color, and delicate materials such as lace, silk, and ribbons.
To prepare the outfit for the event:
Take it out of the packaging 1–2 days before the celebration.
Allow it to hang freely to relax any light wrinkles.
For stubborn wrinkles, use a steamer or iron on a low setting, placing a layer of tissue paper or cotton between the fabric and the iron.
Dry cleaning is not necessary before wearing.
4. My child’s sizes are not standard. How should I choose the right size?
We recommend selecting the size based on your baby's actual measurements, not age or weight.
Babies vary significantly — for example, a shorter but chubbier 6-month-old may comfortably fit a 9–12M gown.
For longer gowns, height is less critical as they are designed to gently touch the baby's feet.
