Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please read our return guidelines carefully.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom-made dresses, made-to-measure items, and dresses with personalized embroidery cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at galushkatany29@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • your order number

  • reason for return

  • photos (if there is a defect)

We will reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
